About
Most brands don’t have a marketing problem.
They have a clarity and positioning problem.
The work
What I actually do
I work with Seed-to-Series A SaaS founders and premium service leaders who are underpriced relative to their expertise, and rebuild their positioning so the market stops comparing them on price and starts choosing them on category.
The pattern repeats across almost every company I meet. The work is genuinely good. The expertise is real and hard-won. And the market prices it against people who do something else entirely, because nothing in how the company presents itself makes the difference legible.
That is not a marketing failure. More content will not fix it. It is a positioning failure, and it is fixable in a defined sequence.
I built two tools for it. The Positioning Matrix™ establishes where the market currently places a company — generic or specific, cheap or premium. Brand Growth OS™ moves it: Clarify, Construct, Connect, Convert, in that order and no other.
The forthcoming book, DROP, makes the underlying argument: perceived value rises by subtraction. You raise your price by removing what makes you replaceable.

Who I work with
Seed to Series A, and the experts who charge like generalists.
Seed-to-Series A SaaS founders · Premium service leaders. If the pipeline is healthy and the price still gets negotiated down, that is the conversation to have.
